In this role, you will be responsible for supporting revenue cycle end users navigating workflow challenges, serving as a trusted advisor that bridges the gap between technical resources, operational staff, and client leadership.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle operations
• Demonstrated ability to analyze workflow challenges, think creatively, and develop practical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust quickly with end users and serve as a reliable, approachable resource for ongoing support
• Experience facilitating workflow reviews, end-user sessions, and cross-functional working groups
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with major revenue cycle platforms required, with a preference of Millennium experience
