Revenue Cycle Project Manager

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Project Manager to join our mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations and is comfortable working across multiple platforms to extract, validate and interpret data.

Requirements

• Hands on experience managing projects with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including billing, coding, claims, denials and reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency in pulling, organizing, and validating data from revenue cycle platforms and reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret and contextualize revenue cycle data for non-technical stakeholders
• 3rd party vendor management and Risk management experience
• Communication, team building, coaching
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimuim of 5 years of project management experience, revenue cycle operations experience or similar.
• PMP certification preferred
• Prior experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or health information management strongly preferred.
