Senior Director of Power Generation Operations (Nashville, TN)

The Senior Director of Power Generation Operations will lead and oversee the operations and maintenance of power generation assets, develop methods and procedures to ensure compute load protection, and manage power plant agreements for on-site generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in power generation operations
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior director-level capacity
• Deep knowledge of primary and secondary on-site power generation technologies and their integration into mission-critical facilities
• Proven expertise in developing MOPs to manage compute load protection and ramp rate adherence
