As a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant/Technical Lead Oracle FIN, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs. You will be responsible for resolving technical customer inquiries, facilitating customer relationships, and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees. This role requires expertise in solving complex customer issues, leading teams, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8 years related experience prior to taking this position
- Experience with Oracle's core products, applications, and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and gain cooperative relationships with a wide range of audiences
- Well-developed listening skills and ability to discern core issues
- Good organizational skills and ability to develop a coherent plan of action
- Ability to persevere in the face of obstacles and ensure customer's success
- Self-starter, works well unsupervised or with limited supervision
- Detail-oriented (process orientation preferred)
- Well-developed troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze details and synthesize 'big picture'
- Detailed functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial Modules and Fusion Application Suites
