Job Description
Join us as a Lead Clinical Consultant to transform healthcare systems by shaping clinical strategy, leading Support Readiness Fundamentals series, and driving clinical excellence. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth EHR sustainment, proactively identifying risks and issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project plan success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment
- Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
