Technical Engineer - Healthcare data and interoperability

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical activities and ensuring successful delivery which aligns with Federal cyber security requirements, solution architecture, and Oracle policies.

Requirements

• Lead the strategic design and delivery of enterprise health IT systems.
• Review technical requirements and facilitate implementation strategies within a federal environment.
• Engage on technical delivery issues, performing analysis, and making actionable recommendations to ensure timely program delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and product teams to align designs with federal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee architecture documentation, standards, and governance artifacts.
• Lead and facilitate technical design sessions; contribute to solution design and long-term enterprise technical roadmaps.
• Support compliance with security, privacy, and federal IT standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA).
