Job Description
The Lead, Office Automation is responsible for system administration tasks, including server and application installation, patch management, and basic Windows troubleshooting, as well as providing support for software and technical issues.
Requirements
- Support the availability and performance of enterprise systems
- Administer Active Directory and Certificate Authority
- Monitor system health and alerts using SCOM and report issues to senior team members
- Manage endpoint security solutions such as Kaspersky Endpoint Security
- Follow established security best practices and organizational IT policies
- Participate in on-call support
- Generate reports related to system performance, availability, and security compliance
