
Job description
The Fixed Asset Business Process Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the end-to-end Fixed Asset Management processes across Orange Business’s international entities. This role focuses on standardizing the management of the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition and capitalization to depreciation, transfer, impairment, and disposal, ensuring compliance with both local and global accounting standards.
Design and document standardized end-to-end Fixed Asset Management processes, support the harmonization of fixed asset processes across regions, collaborate with IT and Solutions teams to support migration from legacy ERP systems to Fusion ERP, and establish KPIs and dashboards to track asset management performance.
Proven experience in finance processes, strong knowledge of finance transformation projects, ERP systems, and process automation, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work in a multicultural, matrix environment.
