Job Description
Orb is transforming how modern AI and software companies monetize at scale. Implementation Architects on Orb's Forward Deployed Engineering team own the technical post-sales journey for customers, ensuring they successfully architect their billing integration and get value from Orb as quickly as possible.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a technical post-sales role
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration concepts
- Comfortable with SQL and navigating complex data relationships
- Track record of owning customer relationships through implementation and onboarding
- Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical architecture
