The Business Development Manager ICS is a technical figure that operates directly on the market, promoting Indoor Climate systems in close collaboration with the Sales Force.
Requirements
- Supporting the sales force for the promotion of Indoor Climate systems at technical offices (pre-sales).
- Spreading technical knowledge of products through training activities, in order to communicate their characteristics and quality.
- Collaboration with the Sales Force for the acquisition of projects (sites, new clients, designers, large companies, etc.).
- Managing the contacts, created by the sales force, with the main Design Studios in person.
- Commercial knowledge of the indoor climate market.
- Technical knowledge and relationship with market actors: construction companies, technical offices.
- Identifies, in terms of product, the needs of the market, even those not explicitly expressed.
- Internal collaboration in the development of the range and products.
- Collaboration with the reference person of the Technical Assistance to Clients (post-sales).
- Responsible for technical support on site both for the definition of the suitable system and for the consultation on any site and/or product problems.
