Lab Technician Professional

Orbia Advance Corporation is a purpose-driven company with great ambitions. We are looking for a Lab Technician Professional to analyze samples from the process and finished product of the Compounds plant, as well as the arrival of raw materials.

Requirements

• Execute quality plan applicable to each plant and keep its assignments up to date.
• Quality the product quality in process and finished product.
• Solve problems in laboratory equipment as soon as possible.
• Execute equipment verifications for review and detect possible failures.
• Issue maintenance alerts for equipment repair.
• Inspect production trains of the Compounds plant.
• Execute analysis on special samples of the process, product when required (in process failures, quality complaints, development samples).
• Communicate timely laboratory results to Compounds production about the quality status of materials, to continue the manufacturing process.
• Register relevant information from their shift in the daily logbook, so that their successors have the details of what happened and facilitate material tracking.
• Keep up to date and available the information required by the Integral Management System and ISRS, and attend internal or external audits of these programs.
