Requirements

• Lead and direct site manufacturing, technical and engineering operations
• Maximise operational efficiencies within labour/materials cost standards
• Drive and deliver Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Ensure excellent site-wide management of HSE activities
• Develop and implement a site strategy
• Manage and control the site operational financial budget
• Create and deliver year on year cost reduction projects
• Develop and implement systems to ensure full compliance with quality policies and legislation
• Develop and manage effective relationships with internal and external customers, and suppliers
