Job Description
Dura-Line is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Manufacturing to oversee our manufacturing plants in the North America region. This is a key leadership role supporting a growing operation, where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day and long-term success of our 24/7 manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years as a Plant Manager in a 24/7 operation business
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong business acumen, budgeting, and capital project experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and solid Microsoft Office skills
