Requirements
- Higher education in economics/technology
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Confident knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of value-added sales methodology
- Knowledge and understanding of the specifics of different sales paths (project based sales, large buyer activation, end user conversion)
- Technical sales experience, technical affinity
- Determination, good interpersonal skills
- Broad professional interest, motivation
- Experience of working with different stakeholders in the distribution chain (designers, wholesalers, end users)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience of structured sales processes, including building business opportunities, systematic use of defined tools and structured review of processes with supervisors
