E-Learning Developer I

Orbis Education is seeking self-motivated individuals to join their team as E-Learning Developers. The successful candidate will work closely with Instructional Designers and Quality Assurance teams to create assets for student learning, using e-learning tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology, Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design, Instructional Design or a related field
• Beginner knowledge of fundamental e-learning authoring tools and/or online learning platforms
• Strong aesthetic design composition and typographic abilities
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team
• Flexible and able to track, prioritize, and follow up on multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and manage relationships with IDs and other cross-functional teams
• Ability to quickly learn how to use e-learning authoring design/development tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline and Rise, etc.)
• General understanding of ADA compliance standards and WCAG 2.0
