Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-LVN/LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a Minimum Data Set Nurse, you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with state requirements and the policies and goals of the facility.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of MDS experience
- Nursing degree from an accredited college
- Current and unencumbered LVN/LPN license in the state
- Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations, and reimbursement governing long-term care and Medicare participation
