Mortgage Loan Officer at Orchard Mortgage. Build relationships with Orchard Agents and customers, provide financing solutions, and close loans. Remote position based in Greater Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (Georgia required)
• Strong consultative sales skills
• Passion for customer service and relationship building
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems
