Orchestra is seeking a Director, Digital Media to join the Versus Media Group team. This role is ideal for a media professional ready to take on greater strategic ownership while remaining close to execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable building media plans, optimizing campaigns, leading client conversations, and effective project management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience planning, buying, and managing paid digital media campaigns
- Demonstrated experience working on political advertising, advocacy, public affairs, or issue-based campaigns
- Familiarity with political and social issue advertising regulations and platform policies
- Strong hands-on experience across major advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic partners (Stackadapt, MiQ, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and consistent follow-through
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members, formally or informally
