Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management with demonstrated, hands-on UX ownership
• Deep expertise in UX principles
• Proficiency in Figma
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools
• Ability to use AI assistants
• Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals
• Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing findings
• Familiarity with usability testing tools
• Background in B2B and/or eCommerce platforms
