Requirements

• High-volume kitchen experience preferred
• Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions (hot and cold)
• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age to operate certain equipment)
• Effective communication skills
• Manual dexterity and coordination
