Join Oregano's Pizza Bistro as a Support Manager to lead our teams and drive excellence in daily operations. As the backbone of our daily operations, you'll manage shift staffing, execute standards of service, and lead daily pre-shift meetings.
Requirements
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar)
- Ability to stay cool under pressure while coordinating a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver's License, food safety/alcohol certifications, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
