Restaurant Manager

Requirements

• Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
• Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar)
• Leadership: The ability to stay cool under pressure while coordinating a fast-paced environment
• Availability: Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License, food safety/alcohol certifications, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
