Join the Gibbs Laboratory in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, to work on developing novel fluorophore technology for fluorescence guided surgery.

Requirements

• PhD in chemistry
• Synthetic, organic chemistry
• Strong synthetic chemistry knowledge and design novel synthetic schemes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a research team
• Experience with small molecule synthesis, particularly fluorophores
