Job Description
The Warehouse Technician supports all warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, storage, and shipping of materials, and ensures products and materials are handled safely and accurately to maintain product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Safely operate material handling equipment
- Perform daily inspections on all warehouse equipment
- Load and unload trucks while following load securement and allergen control procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory by following FIFO processes and properly recording lot information
- Stage ingredients and packaging for upcoming production runs
- Return products from production areas to warehouse storage with proper documentation
- Keep warehouse areas clean and organized in accordance with sanitation standards
- Participate in safety programs
- Identify and report safety or quality issues
- Provide excellent internal customer service
- Assist with visitor check-in and ensure compliance with facility security protocols
- Support cross-training and cover other warehouse roles as directed
- Report food safety problems
