Engineering Program Manager

The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for managing the corporate capital budget, manufacturing network optimization, and execution of key strategic manufacturing initiatives or projects. The role involves leading enterprise capital management activities, optimizing the manufacturing network, driving execution of enterprise manufacturing initiatives, and serving as a key communicator and subject-matter resource across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments and 4+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global manufacturing environment
