Manager, Quality Control

Role Overview

As Manager of Quality Control, you lead a critical team at the heart of our manufacturing process: the in-process control laboratory. You are the driving force behind rebuilding focus, ownership, and performance within the team. You are a visible and approachable presence on the lab floor—someone who leads from the front, sets clear expectations, and isn’t afraid to hold people accountable.

What You Will Do

Lead and coach a team of lab analysts and specialists, ensuring high engagement, performance, and development. Ensure timely execution of in-process testing, directly supporting manufacturing operations. Act as first point of contact for operational issues, making quick and well-founded decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, (Bio)Chemistry, or Microbiology
• Proven experience with people management within a laboratory or manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated setting
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate confidently at both shop floor and senior management level
• The ability to perform under pressure and act decisively when priorities shift
