Job Description
Join us in building robust biotech processes in a high-tech GMP environment as a Biotech Process Engineer at Organon. Work within the Technical Operations department, supporting different production IPTs and reporting to the head of the Biotech section.
Requirements
- HBO/BSc work and thinking level, preferably in Biotech, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable direction.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the biotech industry or a comparable highly regulated, multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong technical and technological orientation.
- Experience with control systems (PCS7) or data processing.
- Visible experience with drawing up protocols and reports.
- Experience with equipment qualifications, process, or cleaning validations.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, EHS guidelines, and Lean principles.
- Good verbal and written skills in Dutch (must) and English.
