Senior Territory Manager (Women’s Health)

The Senior Territory Manager (Women’s Health) will play a central role in accelerating the scale-up of the National Family Planning Program and the Social Marketing Organization initiative by driving the adoption of women’s health products, strengthening field operations, and fostering strong partnerships across government and non-government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of experience in government family planning programs, social marketing initiatives, and program scale-up activities.
• Strong experience in Family Planning, Reproductive and Child Health, and Maternal Health (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or qualification in Health and related streams, MBA, Medicine (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), or nursing preferred.
• Experience in district-level stakeholder management and training delivery.
• Experience working with medical colleges is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel seventy to eighty percent of the time and relocate as required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong alignment to Organon values and leadership behaviors.
