Job Description
Organon Oss is looking for a Store Maintenance Technician to work in a 5-shift schedule, resolving production disruptions and participating in disruption analyses. The ideal candidate has a background in a technical field and experience in searching and resolving disruptions. Proficiency in Dutch is required.
Requirements
- Education or work experience at MBO level 3 in a relevant technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in searching and resolving disruptions and defining preventive measures to prevent future disruptions
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Accuracy in daily work
- Experience working in a regulated environment (food, chemistry, or pharmaceutical)
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
