Senior Consultant APAC

Orgvue is a leading organizational design and planning software platform that captures the power of data visualization and modelling to build more adaptable, and better performing organizations. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our APAC team to support our clients in delivering organisational transformation outcomes through strong technical expertise and data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Information Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in consulting (e.g. business transformation, management, technology, human capital, or organizational design)
• Foundational understanding of organization design methodology and experience delivering organizational design projects
