Business Partner - Finance

Orica is seeking a highly capable Finance Business Partner to join their team in Perth, WA. The role will involve providing strategic finance interface, driving decisions, performance, and value across the business, and shaping outcomes through financial insights. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with regional and functional teams, product managers, and leaders to drive accountability and performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial and strategic finance acumen
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence across functions
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capability
• Resilience, adaptability, and confidence operating in both strategic and hands-on environments
• A commitment to integrity, transparency, and high ethical standards
