Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to support our Gomia Manufacturing Site in Bokaro, Jharkhand. This is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with site leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- CA, CMA, or CPA qualification
- Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in manufacturing finance or standard costing
- Strong background in operations finance and business partnering
- Proven stakeholder management across diverse cultures and regions
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of BPC is a plus
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Exposure to large/global manufacturing MNCs
- Ability to work closely with site managers and influence decision-making
