Operations Supervisor - Kuching

We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Kuching, where you'll play a key role in managing Orica's on-site operations, including teams, plant, and equipment.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree preferably, Mechanical, with strong mechanical aptitude
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance operations
• Maintenance-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in equipment upkeep and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance
• Team leadership experience (5+ years), with a focus on motivating and developing staff
• Strong understanding of SHES standards and regulatory compliance, including federal and local site requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multi-cultural teams
