Requirements

• Experience in UG operations planning, maintenance, engineering, and drill and blast.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in UG operations.
• Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives (desirable).
