Job Description
Orica is looking for a Tax Lead who will be accountable for the end-to-end tax affairs of Orica's India operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on tax compliance, governance, and risk management, complemented by practical advisory support to the business.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Law
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent
- Strong hands-on experience in India tax compliance and audits
- Solid knowledge of corporate tax, GST, transfer pricing, and tax treaties
- Experience engaging with tax authorities and managing assessments/notices
- Experience managing tax compliance and audits in complex, regulated environments
