Job Description
Origin Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Banker II to execute integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a critical skill-set and level experience in commercial banking, with a focus on client relations, investments, and sales.
Requirements
- Leads the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives
- Provides strong leadership and fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, clients, and prospects
- Judges potential qualified clients/deals and structures deals to balance risk and reward
- Monitors loan repayment activities and takes necessary action to collect from past due accounts
