Requirements
- Identify and implement strategies to optimise account performance, unlock additional revenue streams, and deepen customer partnerships.
- Primary contact for existing EV charging customers, driving account growth, optimisation and satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Drive profitability across existing EV Charging accounts through proactive account management and value-led solutions.
- Oversee seamless handovers, onboarding, and execution of EV charging solutions.
- Develop and track SLAs and KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Educate customers on Origin's EV charging solutions and provide expert recommendations across our Origin Zero products and services.
