Requirements

• Australian legal qualification and practising certificate
• 8+ years' PQE with deep experience in negotiating and managing complex contractual documentation
• Strong expertise in project development, procurement and construction contracting
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice
• Excellent judgment, negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
