Retail Team Lead - VA

OGX is seeking Retail Team Leads to oversee the Hershey Super Sweet Adventure Retail Team, maintaining retail and photo elements of the experience, and preserving the cleanliness of the space.

Requirements

• Works with the Guest Experience team to ensure consistent Guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of the retail area including sweeping floors, wiping down, and removing trash around the venue
• Assign and reconcile cash drawers
• Direct Team and follow up on assigned tasks
• Work with Guests to correct issues and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee and assist with photo purchases and customization
• Schedule repairs and maintenance to resolve swiftly and effectively
