Venue Operations Specialist, Experiences (Las Vegas)

OGX is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager, Experiences to support the day-to-day management and oversight of our growing Operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, attractions, live entertainment, or related field
• Experience supporting operations, vendor management, or budgeting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solutions oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
