Plant Supervisor - Solar PV & BESS

Origis Energy is seeking a Plant Supervisor to provide proactive operational leadership and technical expertise to build and sustain a high-performing team while maintaining a strong safety culture. The role supports supervisors and regional leaders in fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• High levels of technical expertise
• Strong leadership attributes
• OSHA 30-Hour Training for General Industry
• NFPA 70E – Workplace Electrical Safety
• First Aid, CPR, AED
• Valid Driver’s License
• 3+ years’ experience in Inverter Specialist or Solar Technician
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and read electrical schematics
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to perform physical activity, including lifting up to 80 Lbs.
