Senior Manager, Fraud Risk Strategy

The Senior Manager, Fraud Risk Strategy will lead the transformation of Mogo's fraud operations from manual review to a more automated, data-driven, and scalable fraud risk framework.

Requirements

• 7+ years in fraud risk strategy, fraud analytics, or fraud operations within fintech or financial services
• Experience implementing or migrating fraud detection platforms
• Proven track record reducing manual fraud review through automation and system design
• Prior people management experience (2+ direct reports preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fraud typologies and emerging risks
• SQL proficiency required; Python or similar strongly preferred
• Experience operating in regulated environments with audit exposure
