The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions of a $70 million construction services and maintenance company, managing the accounting team, and working closely with operations, service managers, and ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in construction accounting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, ERP systems and financial software.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
