AI/ML Engineer

Orion Innovation is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join a product team building a customer intelligence and personalization platform for restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer data pipelines, developing and operating the Customer Personalization Engine, and supporting global diner unification.

Requirements

• Snowflake or other datawarehousing experience
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex or comparable ML-in-warehouse tooling
• Experience with dbt or equivalent transformation frameworks
• Familiarity with feature engineering for ML
• Built production ML systems
• Comfortable with data modeling for messy, multi-source customer identity problems
• Strong communicator
• Familiar with privacy considerations around customer data aggregation and cross-merchant data sharing
