As a Manager, Enterprise IT, you will lead and oversee the architecture, reliability, automation, and continual improvement of all employee-facing systems across Orion and its affiliate companies.
Requirements
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the engineering teams supporting employeeâfacing systems and platform services
- Oversee the architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of systems that directly support employees
- Lead initiatives to evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies
- Develop, maintain, and enforce best practices and operational standards
- Manage patching, upgrades, and configuration management for Windows Servers
- Supervise maintenance, afterâhours change windows, and incident response
- Oversee troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues impacting employees
- Lead administration and improvement of the companyâs backup and recovery capabilities
- Direct Windows-based disaster recovery planning and testing
- Maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with HR, Security, IT Support, and other departments
- Manage vendor partnerships
- Promote ongoing learning and development
