Subject Matter Expert, Reporting

The Subject Matter Expert, Reporting will maintain high standards of customer service, work closely with other service team members, and grow with the company as it evolves.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma required, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in a customer service or technology related role
• Proficient writing and grammar skills and an ability to respond to customers through chat and email
