Electrical Supervisor

Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for electrical maintenance related activities for an assigned work area. The role involves effective management and scheduling of the work group, collaborating with Operations on planned maintenance activities, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

What You Will Do

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for controlling attendance, approving overtime hours, ensuring quality of work, creating and prioritizing Corrective Work Orders, and managing instrumentation and process control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a Journeymen Electrician (Red Seal)
• 5 years of experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
• Experience supervising in a unionized environment
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Good knowledge of MS Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
