Job Description
The primary focus of the Asset Manager position is to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients, and to aid in the administration of our complex servicing portfolio of Fannie Mae loans.
Requirements
- Monitor physical condition of property collateral
- Collect, review and analyze property financial operations
- Assess and manage risk
- Review and approve disbursements
- Make collection calls
- Ensure all loan related system changes
- Assist in tax, insurance, UCC, inspection, and financial certifications
- Review and approve loan pay offs
- Coordinate receipt of loan assumptions
- Record agreements if required
