Job Description
Benefits Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and administration of the full range of ORIX and its subsidiaries’ benefit offerings. The individual in this role works independently with minimal supervision and takes the initiative to complete most tasks and escalate them when appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Customer Service focus
- Strong understanding of benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
