Lument is seeking a Director to work side-by-side with a seasoned professional on a substantial volume of financing opportunities, focusing on all CRE asset classes.

Requirements

• Perform extensive financial analysis based on current and historical property cash flow, as well as various market(s) research and analysis.
• Prepare and review lender submission packages for deal placement.
• Direct all facets of analysis and preparing deals to take to market.
• Demonstrate excellent client relations skills.
• Work professional and harmoniously with coworkers
